To enhance your visiting experience, we now offer a convenient 6-person shuttle minivan, facilitating easier access for families based in New York and New Jersey. Available Wednesday through Sunday, this service ensures that coming to see your loved ones is hassle-free.
For a seamless experience and to ensure the well-being of all our families and staff, we've established a few guidelines for using the shuttle service.

Visitor Limit: To accommodate all families, we limit the shuttle use to two visitors per family per ride.

Frequency: Each family can access the shuttle service twice a week, allowing equitable use of this valuable service.

Health and Safety: In our shared space, we recommend all family members wear masks during the ride to ensure everyone's safety.

Reservation Policy: Please book your spot at least 24 hours in advance to secure your ride. This helps us manage scheduling and ensure availability.

Notification of Overbooking: In the event of overbooking, families will be promptly notified and alternative arrangements will be discussed.
