Shuttle Service Guideline

  • Visitor Limit: To accommodate all families, we limit the shuttle use to two visitors per family per ride.

  • Frequency: Each family can access the shuttle service twice a week, allowing equitable use of this valuable service.

  • Health and Safety: In our shared space, we recommend all family members wear masks during the ride to ensure everyone's safety.

  • Reservation Policy: Please book your spot at least 24 hours in advance to secure your ride. This helps us manage scheduling and ensure availability.

  • Notification of Overbooking: In the event of overbooking, families will be promptly notified and alternative arrangements will be discussed.

  • Courtesy and Respect: We encourage kindness and respect towards fellow passengers and our driver, Mr. Benny, making the journey pleasant for everyone.

  • Feedback Welcomed: As we launch this pilot program, your feedback is invaluable. We aim to continuously improve based on your experiences and suggestions.
